Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus Review. Not What You Paying For?

Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus M.2 NVMe SSD is supposed to be a rocket of a drive. Don’t get me wrong, it is when it is working properly. However, there are issues. I, like you, watched a lot of reviews from trustworthy individuals and thought, “hey why not? Let’s try it out this Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus SSD and see if it is worth it”. The Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus NVMe drive does a great job at the beginning. Overall, the idea of hitting high speeds for a cheaper price than that of the Western Digital SN850 and the Samsung 980 Pro is great. However, this is our data we are talking about. Our data means everything to us. We should expect the NVMe SSD we use to be the best product out of all the products we are trusting our data with. We are also expecting the best out of the companies that make those products we are trusting our data with.

In this video I walk through the reasonings of why I bought this drive, why I liked it, my discovery of the issues and the testing/benchmarks I completed. If you are thinking to buy the Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus M.2 NVMe SSD watching this video will help you be more confident in making the right choice.

Install and Testing WD Black SN850 NVME SSD 2TB First Impressions

WD SN850 NVEM Gen 4 SSD Drive fresh install and first impressions. This video walks us through the physical install and of course a few tests to see how this matches up with the Sabrent Rocket Plus NVME Gen 4 drive. The Western Digital has had to play catch up in this space and the last few years, although they had their ups and downs, seem to have hit it out of the park with their Black Series drives. My first impressions with some tests should give us a good direction before we start to really test this 2TB drive.
