This video takes a look at the warranty process for a Samsung SSD NVME 960 PRO drive. The dead Samsung SSD was a bull, taking care of business for several years. Then, conveniently it dies on me. However, the 5 year warranty by Samsung should cover it and the process I took is in this video. Warranty claims are not all alike and in this video I go through the process of how Samsung dealt with this SSD warranty issue, how you should think about in store warranties and of course, make better decisions with your time, energy and money.
